Spanish Town, Virgin Gorda
Virgin Gorda is the second largest island in the BVI, but that hasn’t gone to its head; the pace is still chill, and everybody operates on island time. But VG also offers the yang to the chill yin; if you’re craving a little action, this island is happy to oblige. After a midmorning snorkel at the famed Indians and the Caves at The Bight on Norman Island, you’ll sail North East and moor up just outside of Spanish Town. Once you head into town, transportation has been arranged up to the Top of the Baths Restaurant for an exclusive evening of light hors d’oeuvres, refreshing cocktails and that over the moon, reach for the stars, world series kind of sunset. The next morning, make sure you take the time to head over to the Baths and Fallen Jerusalem. We don’t mean to sound cliche, but this is the stuff travel magazines are made of.
